The FSC has approved the Prospectus for the capital increase of Expat Beta REIT

The Financial Supervision Commission has approved the prospectus for the initial public offering of an issue of shares of the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Expat Beta. The issue is to the amount of 43,428,900 ordinary registered dematerialized shares with an issue price of BGN 1.00 per share. The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 100,000 new shares are subscribed. Read more »

Expat’s assets under management rose by 22%

Assets under management in the Expat's mutual funds rose by +22% in February 2010. This is the highest number (in %) for any asset management company in Bulgaria for the period, according to Investor.bg. The Board of Directors voted a capital increase of Expat Beta REIT from the current BGN 4,342,890 to BGN 47,771,790. The increase will be effected through an initial public offering of 43,428,900 ordinary registered dematerialized shares. The issue price of the shares is BGN 1.00. Read more »
