Expat Asset Management EAD intends to stop marketing in the sense of Article 93 of Directive 2009/65/EC in Slovenia the units of the following UCITS:
- Expat Bulgaria SOFIX UCITS ETF;
- Expat Serbia BELEX15 UCITS ETF;
- Expat Macedonia MBI10 UCITS ETF;
- Expat Croatia CROBEX UCITS ETF;
- Expat Slovenia SBI TOP UCITS ETF.
The delisting of the above-mentioned funds within the territory of Slovenia will lead to difficulties for investors when executing transactions involving units of these collective investment schemes.
