Expat Beta REIT capital increase presentation in Varna

After the successful presentation of the capital increase of Expat Beta REIT in Sofia at the end of May, Expat Capital organizes a public event in Varna. The investment presentation will be held on 18 June 2010 (Friday), 6:00 p.m. in the Conference Room of Grand Hotel Dimyat (111 Knyaz Boris I Blvd., Varna). This event is part of the road-show of Expat Capital about the opportunities for investments in distressed assets.
The issue is to the amount of 43,428,900 ordinary shares with an issue price of BGN 1 per share. The rights are traded on the stock market till 28 June 2010. An open tender for the unexercised rights will be held on 7 July, the new shares can be bought till 21 July.
