Expat Bonds

Expat Bonds is an open-ended mutual fund with quotes twice per week under Art. 164a of the Law on Public Offering of Securities (POSA).

Instruments: Primarily intended for investments in low risk and liquid money market instruments, fixed income securities, and deposits
Geographic focus: New Europe and the CIS countries
Risk profile: Low
Minimum investment: BGN 100

The fund is a type of collective scheme of investment in government securities, mortgage, municipal and corporate bonds and other liquid financial assets. The fund is divided into shares, which are constantly being offered for sale to investors and buy back from Expat Asset Management at the request of customers. Redemption of shares of the fund shall be allowed after reaching the minimum required under the POSA net asset value by BGN 500,000.

The mutual fund is not a legal entity and is organized and managed by a management company which takes all decisions regarding the existence, functioning and termination of the Fund.
