EXPAT CAPITAL is one of the largest independent investment and asset management companies in Bulgaria.

Based in downtown Sofia, the company offers asset management and financial advisory services. We also have a wholly-owned licensed asset management subsidiary, Expat Asset Management, with several mutual funds and lots of individual investment accounts for a select group of clients. As of the end of October 2011, the Expat assets under management are in excess of BGN 50 mln.

Expat Capital owns a 20% stake of Eurohold Bulgaria. The holding company has some EUR 300 mln in assets and some EUR 220 mln in annual revenues. The Eurohold group is focused on three mutually integrated business segments – auto sales and services, leasing operations, and insurance. The company is active regionally in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, and Macedonia.
